During this project, Ubiquity Consulting’s experts provided training and advising services to support the recently created National Transport Agency of a Middle-East country. The training was held in London, with the objective to provide the client with strategic tools, organisational methods and operational background knowledge in order to support the development of the Agency.

Sessions focusing on topics such as Transport Economics, Governance and Collaborations, Contracting and Tendering, or Operations and Planning for different transport modes were given by field experts, illustrated by presentations and field trips proposed by  our training partner Transport for London, the London area Transport Authority.
